In June, The Holley Mason Emerging Technology Center will have 80,000 square feet available. Large 18,000 square ft floor plates allow for either small 600 square ft. tenants or can accommodate up to a full 18,000 square ft. tenant. Because the building was constructed almost 100 years ago, each floor has its own personality, and can be built to suit your needs.
